Brigadier General Folkestad shared his vision on Leadership attributes, which is one of the key aspects for the education and development of young officers. The participants have had an excellent opportunity to learn from BG Folkestad’s vast experience and to deepen their understanding of leadership characteristics in contemporary military environment.

BG Folkestad’s lecture is one more confirmation of the NATO HQ Sarajevo commitment to support the implementation of PSOTC educational and training activities, as well as the support of the AF of Bosnia and Herzegovina in developing interoperability capacities.
