Lieutenant Colonel Bajo Rogan was born in Bileća, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1977. He finished an elementary school and gymnasium in Bileca. He graduated from the Military Academy in Belgrade as an infantry officer in 2000.

From 2000 until 2005 he worked as an infantry platoon commander in his home town. Between 2005 and 2006 he worked as a Liaison officer with SFOR in Bde Headquarters, and between 2006 and 2008 he worked as an English instructor, teaching the language to different military personnel.

From 2008 until 2014 he worked in the Personnel Department at the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo. Between 2014 until 2016 he worked in Plans and Policy Department at the Joint Staff as a Plans officer for Peace Support Operations. From February 2015 until September 2015 he was deployed in the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan, where he worked as a Chief JVB in TAAC N. From 2017 until 2019 he worked in Operations and Training Department at the Joint Staff as an Officer for International Exercises.

LTC Rogan finished a number of military courses, including Multinational PSOs Officers Basic Course in Greece in 2004, Managing Defense in the Wider Security Context in the UK in 2016, Command and Staff Course in BiH in 2018, Defense Attaché Course in BiH in 2019.

Since March 2019 he has been in the PSOTC as a Head of Education and Training Department.

He is married and have two sons.
