Closing ceremony of the Building Integrity in Peace Support Operations (BIPSOC) Course

The Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) continues to fulfill its mission as an internationally recognized center through conducting courses approved by NATO.

The Building Integrity in Peace Support Operations Course (BIPSOC), a NATO approved course, was conducted from 22nd to 26th October 2018 with participation of 30 students from 13 different countries as follows: 11 students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 19 international ones from Azerbaijan, Egypt, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Jordan, Macedonia, Moldova, Tunisia, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. BIPSOC is delivered in support of NATO HQ Brussels and NATO ACT Norfolk, and with relevant lecturers and instructors from NATO HQ Brussels, NATO HQ Sarajevo, The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Transparency International BIH, BIH Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight against Corruption, SIPA and PSOTC. The aim of the Course was to educate and train selected military officers and police personnel practices and processes and deliver a skill set that enables them to understand and counter the various types of corruption that undermines mission success in multinational PSO, and it is achieved successfully. By addressing to the graduates at the closing ceremony of the Course, Colonel Edin Bajramović, PSOTC Commandant, emphasized importance of attending the BIPSOC, and thanked to all who contributed in successful completion of the Course.
