PSOTC MTT trains the members of the Moldovan National Army in enhancing awareness on Building Integrity in PSO

In support of NATO Building Integrity (BI) Programme, the Mobile Training Team of Peace Support Operations Training Center (PSOTC MTT) engaged to Chisinau, Republic of Moldova to conduct a four-day interactive training course on Building Integrity in Peace Support Operations (BIPSOC) for the 43 members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova.

As a part of capacity building program the course will be conducted from 19 to 22 November 2019 aimed to raise awareness on possible sources and impacts of corruption as well as on the role of security forces in addressing corruption challenges in PSOs. The activities as such, undertaken by NATO, helps nations strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability and reduce the risk of corruption in the defense and security sector.

Beside the lectures on integrity as well as on corruption, impact of corruption in the peace support operations and challenges in the promotion of good governance including actors, dynamics and good practices the students of the course will also have an opportunity to deepen their understanding and the knowledge through the conduct of interactive exercises.

The PSOTC MTT consisting of LTC Admir Jusupovic, LTC Nikola Istuk, SFC Nura Mulavdic and SGM Igor Lajic (SIPA) are a part of the instructors' team under the auspices of NATO Building Integrity (BI) Programme.
