The guest was introduced about PSOTC, its history, achievements as well as current and future plans. PSOTC's cooperation with the State of Qatar and its Ministry of Defense has been notable during the years starting all way to 2011 when very first member of the Qatari military attended the course at PSOTC. Consul Naqadan expressed his willingness to continue this cooperation in the future as well. At the end of the visit, the PSOTC Commandant, Col Elvedin Omić presented to the guest PSOTC's capacities at the center.
