The course included representatives of the wider security sector establishment including State and Entity ministries of Bosnia and Herzegovina and agencies dealing engaged in designing or implementing policies and plans as relates to security, as well as Brčko District representatives and members of civil society.
The course was designed to familiarize key security stakeholders with the process of aligning the security sector to political and organisational requirements in an all-inclusive and “whole- of- government” approach to security sector reform. Moreover, it will assist the stakeholder institutions to actively contribute to the creation of the best possible balance between security, democratic control and development to achieve good governance in the security sector in BiH.
The closing ceremony was augmented by the presence of the Head of Security Co-operation, OSCE Mission to BiH, Dr. Susan Penksa and the PSOTC Commandant, Colonel Edin Bajramović.
