Comment:
This course is very first residential course PSOTC is conducting since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to specific travel restrictions and other measures in prevention of COVID-19 pandemic, this course is organized for the members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina only. In total, 23 junior officers from different units of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina are participating on this course. The aim of the course is to develop essential staff skills of junior officers in accordance with NATO standards, as basic preparation for their engagement in international and national headquarters (HQs). In addition, PSOTC staff experience from the missions indicates strong requirement for requested knowledge and skills. Therefore this course has been developed in order to fill in above mentioned critical capability gaps and to familiarize officers from the targeted group with all aspects of operating as a member of multinational HQ.
ISOSC has been designed to serve as an essential preparation for individuals who will be posted in multinational HQ.
