The course was opened by the PSOTC Commandant, Col Elvedin Omić who wished successful and pleasant following two weeks. 14 NCOs from 7 countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Colombia, Montenegro, Tunisia, Ukraine, and USA) are attending the course. Besides PSOTC staff, two guest instructors, one from Hungary and one from Slovenia, are delivering the course lectures. The aim of the course is to provide NCOs with essential skills required to support staff duties at tactical level in national and international headquarters (HQs) in accordance with NATO standards.
