The Multinational Staff Course is a newly introduced program aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of staff officers and NCOs at the tactical level. The course focuses on preparing participants for engagement in multinational headquarters within multi-domain operations, in accordance with NATO standards across the full spectrum of conflict.
A total of 17 participants from eight countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Greece, Jordan, North Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, and Türkiye, are taking part in this comprehensive training. The course will provide valuable insights, not only from PSOTC staff but also from guest instructors representing the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, and the Slovak Republic.
This multinational collaboration aims to enhance interoperability and operational effectiveness among participating nations, equipping the next generation of staff officers and NCOs with the essential tools needed for success in a rapidly evolving global security environment.
