Members of the Peace Support Operations Training Center (PSOTC) of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in this significant training event: Master Sergeant Nura Mulavdić served as directing staff, while Major Vladimir Cuca and Captain Smail Mulić participated as course students.

RACVIAC organized the course in collaboration with the Nordic Center for Gender in Military Operations (NCGM) and the Croatian Armed Forces General Staff. The training focused on providing students with the necessary skills and knowledge to promote gender inclusivity and awareness within their organizations.

At the conclusion of the course, Master Sergeant Mulavdić was recognized for her outstanding contribution to the training, while Major Cuca and Captain Mulić were promoted to the role of instructors for gender equality. These achievements bolster the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in gender integration and enhance their alignment with international standards.
