The Visit of the Delegation of the Ministry of Defence and Sport/the Republic of Austria to PSOTC
PSOTC facilitated the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Austria Ministry of Defense and Sport on 13th April 2016. The Delegation composed of the Head of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Defense and Sports Brigadier General Peter Vorhofer, the Desk Officer for the Balkans Colonel Heinz Trenk, and Colonel Michael Pesendorfer, Defense Attaché of the Republic of Austria in BiH.

The PSOTC was honored to host Major General Friedrich Schrötter, who visited PSOTC for the first time in the capacity as the EUFOR Commander accompanied with his Military Assistant, Colonel Anton Willmann on Tuesday, 5th April 2016.

The graduation of the United Nation Military Experts on Mission Course in PSOTC
Today, 25th March 2016 the United Nation Military Experts on Mission Course has come to the end after three weeks of training and education covering different topics and Specialized Training Manual for Military observers.

On-site Evaluation Visit of UN Military Experts (Observers) on Mission Course
For the last five days, from 21st to 25th March 2016, the UNDPKO Training Officer, LtC Ajay Dogra, has conducted on-site evaluation of the UN Military Experts (Observers) on Mission Course.

On-site Evaluation Visit of UN Military Experts (Observers) on Mission Course
In response to PSOTC’s Application for certification of the UN Police and UN Military Experts (Observers) on Mission courses, the UNDPKO has conducted desk evolution of these courses. As a result, the UNDPKO stated that UN Police Course will be re-certified. As for UN Military Experts (Observers) on Mission course, the UNPDKO representative, LtC Ajay Dogra (IND-A) is going to make on-site evolution of the Course, prior making decision in the acquisition of the UN Certification.
