The aim of the course is to provide NCOs with essential skills required to support staff duties at tactical level in national and international headquarters (HQs) in accordance with NATO standards. There are several modules through the course: Essential Military Skills, International Humanitarian Law, Battle Staff NCO, NATO Doctrinal Approach to Peace Support, UN PSO. 21 students from 10 different countries attend the course: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, Armenia, Germany, Georgia, North Macedonia, Romania, Tunis, Turkey, and the United States of America. Besides PSOTC staff, ESNCOSC will be delivered with the support of guest instructors from Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, and other units from the AF of BiH.
