PSOTC seized this opportunity to showcase its capabilities and future plans while fostering collaborations with various stakeholders. The annual Military Strategic Partnership Conference 2024 is jointly organized by the NATO SHAPE Partnership Directorate and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a host nation. The MSPC 2024, attended by over 360 participants from 35 NATO member and NATO partner countries, serves as a platform for enhancing NATO partnerships. Among the attendees were representatives from 25 different education and training facilities, including NATO Education and Training Facilities (NETFs), Centers of Excellences (COEs), Partnership Training and Education Centers (PTECs), and NATO-accredited Education and Training Facilities (ETFs), all engaged in supporting military partnership activities. The primary objectives of the conference included refining NATO partnership processes and programs and formulating plans to address 80% of partners' aspirations in education, training, exercises, and evaluation for the 2024/25 term. Additionally, the conference features the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) professional development workshop, aimed at fostering mutual understanding among chief non-commissioned officers of NATO and its partners. Concurrently, an exhibition showcasing NATO Education and Training Facilities, Centers of Excellence, Partnership Training and Education Centers, and other accredited education and training institutions is being held, providing insights into the collective efforts within the family of military partners.
