The visit began with a warm welcome from PSOTC Commandant Lieutenant Colonel Damir Alibašić. Lieutenant Colonel Alibašić provided Brigadier General Valas with a comprehensive briefing on the Centre’s distinguished history, as well as its current and future initiatives aimed at advancing peace support operations through extensive training programs and collaborative efforts.

 The discussions centered on current and prospective projects, highlighting the strong partnership between PSOTC and NATO HQ Sarajevo. Brigadier General Valas reiterated his commitment to further strengthening this collaboration and assured that NATO HQ Sarajevo remains dedicated to supporting PSOTC’s mission and objectives.
