The UN Police Officers Course fulfilled its aim; the course standards were met, and all participants gained knowledge and skills that will help them in their future role of peacekeepers. The UNPOC Closing Ceremony was held today, March 15, 2024, with the presence of the Deputy Support Commander for Operations, Colonel Jasmin Čajić, TRADOC Commander, Colonel Toni Mišić, Representative of the UNDPO Integrated Training Service, Mr. Prosper Kofi Oklu, and PSOTC Commandant, Colonel Elvedin Omić. Altogether, 23 police officers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, Kiribati, Pakistan, Poland, and Serbia successfully finished the course. Besides PSOTC staff and instructors from Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and various police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, instructors from Montenegro, Slovenia, and Sweden contributed to the course delivery. This course is another great example of cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of training and education.
