The aim of the course is to provide NCOs with the essential skills required to support staff duties at the tactical level in national and international headquarters (HQs) in accordance with NATO standards. There are several modules through the course: Essential Military Skills, International Humanitarian Law, Battle Staff NCO, NATO Non-Article 5 Crisis Response Operations, and UN Peace and Security activities. 23students from 7 different countries attend the course; 14 from the Armed Force of Bosnia and Herzegovina and 9 from abroad (Armenia, Germany, Greece, North Macedonia, Tunisia and Qatar). Besides PSOTC staff, ESNCOSC will be delivered with support of guest instructors from Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, and other units from AF of BiH.
