On behalf of the PSOTC Commandant, the Chief of Education and Training Department, LtC Damjan Sukara welcomed the guests. The guests were presented with PSOTC’s mission, achievements, and activities. The main part of the discussion was the mutual cooperation of PSOTC and the Maryland National Guard. BG Flasch pointed out different areas where the Maryland National Guard can take part, including instructor exchange programs, participation in different courses, etc. Also, as a part of the visit program, BG Flasch addressed the Utility of Gender in PSO Course participants covering the topic "Engaging Gender in the Security Sector (An Impact on Leadership)”.
