PSOTC uses the opportunity to present PSOTCs capacitates and plans and to widen its cooperation with different stakeholders. Besides PSOTC, representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina LTC Nedim Biščević and Ms. Željka Duspara as well as the Partner National Military Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina in NATO SHAPE, Col Jovo Pujić attended the conference.

PSOTC has been honored to host the visit of the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Mr. Abdulah Skaka at the conference as well. The Ambassador was presented about MSPC 2023 and the involvement of Bosnia and Herzegovina in different programs planned by NATO.

The annual Military Strategic Partnership Conference 2023 is organized by the NATO SHAPE Partnership Directorate in cooperation with the host of the conference, the State of Qatar. MSPC 2023 has been conducted from 13th to 17th March 2023 in Doha, Qatar. More than 300 participants from NATO members and NATO partner countries are participating in this conference. This includes representatives of 23 different education and training facilities (NATO Education and Training Facilitates (NETFs), Centers of Excellences (COeS), Partnership Training and Education Centres (PTECs), and NATO-accredited Education and Training Facilities (ETFs) engaged in supporting military partnership activities). The conference was opened by the Qatari Chief of Defence and the NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
